This page explains what personal data this website processes, why, and what rights you have. We keep it short, because the site collects very little.

1. Who is responsible

Responsible for the processing of personal data on this website (the “controller”) is Coinflip Capital LLC, 1209 Mountain Rd Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Questions about privacy go to hello@bringupgarage.com.

2. What this site does not do

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools, shows no ads and embeds no social media plugins. Fonts, scripts and images are delivered from this website itself, not from third-party servers. The interactive 3D lab runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing back.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you open a page, Netlify’s servers automatically process technical data that your browser sends: your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and browser and operating system information. This is needed to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify keeps these logs only as long as needed for these purposes, according to its own policies. Our domain’s DNS is managed by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA); Cloudflare only answers the lookup of our domain name and does not see your visit to the pages.

4. Launch e-mail

If you enter your e-mail address to be told when the game launches, we store that address and use it only for that purpose and for occasional news about the game. The sign-up form is processed by Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., USA), which stores the address on our behalf. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any of our e-mails or by writing to hello@bringupgarage.com; we then delete your address. Transfers to the USA are based on Netlify’s data processing agreement and the safeguards it provides for such transfers.

5. Contact by e-mail

E-mails to our address are received through Cloudflare Email Routing (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) and forwarded to our inbox. If you write to us, we use your message and e-mail address to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to your request, or the preparation of a contract if you ask about our services for teams (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed, unless legal retention periods apply.

6. Links to other websites

This website links to our Instagram account. These are plain links: no data is sent to Instagram until you click one. After that, the privacy policy of Meta Platforms applies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live.

8. Changes

We update this policy when the website changes, for example when the game launches. The date at the top shows the current version.
